Sessions for Teenagers

Counselling can help young people deal with issues and events and the impact on their mental health. Teenagers often internalise problems, having time with a professional can help them to be able process what is happening for them and manage difficult feelings they may be having. Issues that they may be experiencing where counselling can help are anxiety, anger management, behaviour issues, body issues,  depression, domestic violence, emotional abuse, exam stress, feeling sad, low mood, low self confidence, low self esteem, difficulties with relationships, self harm, stress, trauma, this list is not exhaustive, we can discuss whether counselling may be of help in your free telephone consultation.
