My counselling practice offers a safe non-judgemental space for young people to explore feelings or situations they are finding difficult. Being able to process emotions with a warm and empathetic professional that can gently offer some therapeutic insight can empower young people to be able to manage them more effectively in the future . I am currently working online via Zoom with young people over the age of 13.
